Ultra-modern glass towers and a waterfront that looks like it belongs in Dubai.

You’ll notice two completely different worlds… sharing the same space.

“The Duality” is about that tension.

The tension between where you came from… and where you want to go.

Most people think they have to choose one and ignore the other.
